What you’ll do
In a few words
As an Account Coordinator, you will work strategically with the team to best serve our clients. You will be the support layer for our Account Management and Account Executive team. You will support the growth of our business by assisting with the renewal and retention of our clients. This is an in-office role located in Washington, Indiana.
The fundamentals for the job
Roles and Responsibilities:
Client Transitions
- Ensure CRM data input is accurate and complete
- Prepare welcome letters, PHI authorizations and other document support as needed
- Notify member portal vendor of new groups and approve setups
- Prepare pharmacy notifications, send to faxing service and follow through to completion
- Participate in client meetings such as implementation calls, open enrollment events, vendor/benefit fairs, etc.
- Conduct claims testing
- Conduct new client transition quality audits
- Perform claims monitoring during the post-go-live period and communicate results to appropriate parties
Complete Monthly Reporting
- Executive Summary
- Claims Master
- Miscellaneous reporting requests
ID Member Cards
- When required – log, print and mail ID cards
Account Management – Current Clients
- Act as a contact via telephone and email for client
- Execute client communication plan
- Coordinate all aspects of client review meetings, including scheduling, reporting, materials, accommodations, etc.
- Be proficient in all aspects of proprietary software used for claims adjudication
- Participate in client annual enrollment meetings, lunch & learn meetings, etc.
- Create/update applicable marketing material for clients to distribute to employees
- Adjust plan parameters as directed by client/broker
- Provide standard reporting as needed to client/broker/TPA
Miscellaneous
- Coordinate meetings as requested, including document preparation, calendar notices, accommodations, etc.
- Conduct quarterly PDMI audits
- Scan/send/file documents
- Answer phones as needed
Performs other duties as assigned by management

Education: College degree or applicable experience preferred.
Experience/Knowledge:
- Capable of interfacing with TrueScripts clients, partners, and members.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office Products.
- Need to be flexible and work as a team player.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and have good organizational skills.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks at one time.
- Ability to communicate and work under stress effectively while always maintaining confidentiality.
- Need to be self-motivated and work with little supervision.
- Need to be adaptable and have different responsibilities given periodically
