Truesdell Corporation is currently seeking a Construction Concrete Laborer to join our Midwest Region team based out of Camdenton, Missouri to travel and work with a great crew on Bridge Maintenance Projects. This candidate will be able to travel within Missouri and to other states for approximately 2 weeks at a time. Our ideal candidate will enjoy travel, learning new skills, working with our fast-paced team and is excited about the opportunity to advance within our company.

Responsibilities:
- You will be part of traveling bridge repair and maintenance teams.
- You will be driving a company truck and possibly towing equipment.
- You will be operating power tools and other tools. (Training will be provided)
- You will be working night or day shifts.
- Every project has different requirements, a typical shift is 8-10 hours.
- You will be required to follow all safety practices and conduct yourself professionally at all times.
Requirements:
- Must be able to travel full-time out of state
- Must have a valid driver's license for two years
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and physical
- Must be able to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work variable shifts, nights and weekends when necessary.
Compensation and Benefits Package:
- The pay range is $20.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Truesdell provides hotel, transportation, and daily meal stipend for travel.
