As a Floor Kitting Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate fulfillment of products in our fast-paced Digital Print Production Fulfillment Center. Your leadership and organizational skills will be instrumental in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that our customers receive their orders on time and in pristine condition.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of floor fulfillment associates to meet production goals and quality standards. Set the tempo, organize the team, and provide guidance to the fulfillment associates.
- Workflow Management: Organize and prioritize the assembly of kits to maximize efficiency and minimize turnaround time.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and completeness of kits.
- Inventory Management: Work closely with inventory management teams to maintain adequate stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Training and Development: Train new associates on kitting procedures and provide ongoing coaching to enhance performance.
- Problem-Solving: Address any issues or bottlenecks in the kitting process promptly and effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Previous experience in a leadership role in a fast-paced fulfillment or warehouse environment preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with inventory management software and other relevant tools.
