Overview
Our Residential Real Estate Investment company is looking for a hungry and relentless individual to disposition our many dealsThe ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a tireless work ethic, a firm grasp of technology, an efficient workflow, and the ability to spring into action on short notice. This role requires a proactive approach to achieve success.
Duties
- Talk to other realtors and buyers – build/create relationships – sell our deals and create organic lead sources as well for off market deals
- Respond to all leads and close on them
- Manage pipeline of prospects
- Manage and create relationships with investors/buyers
- Research and analyze properties via software
- Negotiate the best potential price for all properties being sold
- Add buyers to list by zip code
- Skip tracing and Calling buyers and obtaining their information to add to buyers list
- Source buyers via social media platform
- Create mail chimp email to send out new deals
- Text blasting deals
- Email deals to VIP buyers
- Schedule and show properties to buyers
- Add new deals to website
- Organize and update the CRM with buyer information and property details
- Build rapport and follow up with current buyers
- Clean up current buyers list (getting everyone best contact number, buying criteria, etc.)
- Send BC contract and assignment agreements to investors
- Send JV to realtors and wholesalers who find us buyers
- Skip tracing and adding buyers we do deals with through other wholesalers to our list
- Call all buyers in a one-mile radius of the deal
- Add realtors with cash buyers
- Answer/return/follow up phone calls, texts generated by lead system
- Consistently make calls each day that will drive results
- Must be results driven and have the mindset to want more financially
- Use the CRM daily to update and stay on task until deals are closedOversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow within the team.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations and industry standards.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a positive work environment.
- Manage real estate administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and market analysis.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners to promote collaboration.
- Utilize organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with all parties involved
- Willing to learn the industry and help us maintain and grow our marketplace position
- Attend business meetings and trainings as required
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Must have business and/or sales experience (with a proven track record)
- Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
- Ability to perform intermediate tasks in the Google Docs/Suite and/or MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Outstanding written, grammar, & verbal communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of an organization
- Must possess excellent organization and planning skills
- Must possess problem solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to adhere to schedules/deadlines
- Must be dependable and safety oriented
- Self-motivated and results driven with proven ability to succeed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
