We are looking for a Site Inspector who will travel to commercial construction sites to review progress to create monitoring reports for our clients. The individual will work from our Zionsville office and travel to local sites approximately 30-40% of the time, including some overnight travel. The ideal candidate will have commercial construction knowledge, great attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

What You'll Do
- Review and assess pay applications and monthly construction progress compared completed compared to invoices.
- Conduct approximately 50 onsite inspections monthly.
- Communicate with General Contractors via email, phone calls, and face-to-face for clarifications and explanations on project progress.
- Prepare progress reports to send to our clients (the lenders) with our recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal team members on various sides of the projects with a positive, team-player attitude.
