Role Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of our operations to drive our mission to deliver outstanding cleaning services with a keen eye on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role is critical to our success and requires a leader who is adept at managing large-scale cleaning projects and passionate about building a cohesive and motivated team.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of our commercial cleaning operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Split time 50 / 50 between in-office and travel to client sites within the Central Indiana area.
- Lead, develop, and motivate a diverse team, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and securing repeat business through outstanding service delivery.
- Drive operational efficiencies and cost-effectiveness without compromising on service quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and implement strategic plans for business growth and operational improvement.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
- Manage budgets and financial reporting, and work towards achieving financial targets including the management of bonus incentive programs.
