Responsibilities
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and care for multiple residents throughout your work day.
- Comprehensive pulmonary function tests
- Administer cardio-pulmonary medications and therapies
- Dispense and Record administration of medication
- Teach/Assist patients with medications and medication administration
- Serve as resource to facility staff
- Gain Trust and Rapport with residents and staff
- Enhance patient/resident experience by delivering personalized care to ensure the utmost in patient satisfaction!
Qualifications
- Must have current, valid Respiratory Therapist License in the state of Louisiana
- Must have strong communication skills with both patients/residents and facility personnel
- Must be able to pass to Drug and Background Screening
- Must be able to pass RT competency test
- Current CPR certification & UPDATED TB Test
- 6-12 months of experience preferred
