Our therapists provide person-centered care geared towards the individual’s specific needs and utilize an inclusionary treatment approach that incorporates health and wellness. TrueYou Center is seeking a Grant Writer.
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES :
- Research and identify possible funding sources including follow up on possible funding leads, secure funding applications, monitor funding source web pages, and review funding opportunities.
- Interview and gather specific program information from Program Directors, Supervisors, and Direct Patient Care staff to determine new or continuing program design, scope of work, budget, and program evaluation requirements.
- Write, edit, and proofread proposals and reports to corporate, foundation, and government funders, using specific program and community data and statistics.
