We are currently seeking a Full-Time Administrative Operations Manager.
Position Summary: Support the Club Manager and gym operations through administrative activities and team support. Help build a culture where we can all learn, dream, and be more.
- Communicate and implement club policies and procedures to employees.
- Encourage staff to work as a team and be productive.
- Demonstrate the ability to make decisions.
- Assist in the interviewing and hiring of talented team members weekly
- Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the service and care offered to our club members.
- Ensure the club meets all cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security standards.
