Regional Director of Operations
Location: San Antonio, TX (must reside in the area)
Position Overview:
TruFit Athletic Clubs seeks a dynamic Regional Director of Operations to oversee 20-25 gym locations, ensuring operational excellence and a superior member experience. Reporting to the COO, this role focuses on strategy and hands-on execution in facilities, member services, cleanliness, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence:
- Streamline processes to maintain high standards in cleanliness, member services, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, inventory, and compliance to meet financial targets.
- Drive efficiency to enhance the member experience and satisfaction.
- Team & Leadership Development:
- Support District Managers and club leaders through training, performance management, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture aligned with TruFit’s values to drive employee retention and engagement.
- Collaboration & Problem-Solving:
- Partner across departments (marketing, HR, finance) to align operations with company goals.
- Analyze data to identify trends and implement solutions to reduce member concerns.
Requirements:
- 4 years of multi-unit operational leadership in fitness or hospitality.
- Proven success in driving member retention and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong experience managing budgets, KPIs, and vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel frequently.
