What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Order Selector position at TruFit Staffing?
We are looking forward to bringing on a qualified Order Picker for our client who is based in the Port of Tacoma. In this position you will be responsible for picking small medical supplies, packaging them and adding a label so the orders can be shipped. This is a contract to hire position.
Schedule: Monday & Friday, 11am - 7pm; Tuesday-Thursday 9:30am - 6pm ; OT as needed
Compensation: $20 per hour.
Duties:
- Use a rf scanner to determine which products you need
- Pick items off of shelf and place them in your cart as you fill your order
- Place items in the appropriate sized box for shipment
- Print a shipping label with a label printer
Requirements:
- Need to have reliable transportation to commute to client’s location
- Be able to pass a drug test and a background check
- Be able to lift/carry/push 20lbs regularly
- Basic computer skills such as being able to use a mouse and keyboard
