- Maintaining accurate records and documentation, including post-sanitation cleaning logs and audit reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sanitation management within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, including HACCP, FSMA, and GMP.
