Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to homeowners and businesses in assigned areas. The ideal candidate is self-driven, outgoing, and has a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Approach potential customers through door-to-door visits in designated neighborhoods or areas.
- Present and promote products/services effectively to drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
- Report daily sales progress to management.
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working outdoors and traveling to different locations.
- Must have a reliable form of transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
