IT Systems Administrator

Summary

TruHome Solutions operates a hybrid Information Technology environment, including the use of Microsoft365 platforms (SharePoint / OneDrive), Azure (IaaS / PaaS), and on - premise infrastructure.

The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for user endpoint device management and software administration procedures, including escalations for service requests and providing resolution of issues as a Tier 2 presence. Functions as a relationship liaison to business and adjunct IT elements to support end users. Assists with the knowledge base component of support services while maintaining a robust source of end-user and technical support documentation, as well as hands-on technical support.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work closely with the IT Operations Manager to continuously improve and maintain technical support activities in accordance with target service levels.
• Provide end-user and endpoint device support, ensuring that risks and issues which may affect the organization are identified, addressed, and resolved.
• Closely collaborate with IT team members to ensure the organization is supported with efficient, effective, and productive endpoint management tools for a stable and secure environment.
• Develop and maintain knowledgebase used by users and frontline support, validating accuracy and accessibility of data necessary to quickly resolve issues.
• Key escalation presence for IT Operations / Support functions.
• Administer tools, platforms, and systems for endpoint deployments and lifecycle management of endpoint software, including firmware and drivers.
• Assists as needed with onboarding / offboarding employees, including orientation to IT functions and support services.
• Assists as needed with IT asset management & supplies inventory, including processing and tracking decommissioned hardware for secure disposal.
• After hours availability as needed to support projects and escalations.
