Responsible for Emerging Markets business development efforts within assigned territory, with primary focus on growing underserved (unbanked and underbanked) retail households through business to business to consumer calling activities, including but not limited to places of business, organizations and non-profits.Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. 1. Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience, including 7-10 years of demonstrated consistent performance in sales within financial services industry
2. Excellent sales/business development skills and presentation/communication skills
3. Strong understanding of a broad range of financial concepts, and an advanced working knowledge of retail banking strategy
4. Excellent written, verbal, problem solving, and analytical skills, as well as interpersonal and relationship management skills
5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products and Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications:
6. 10 years of demonstrated consistent performance in sales/business development
7. Ability to speak fluent Spanish (or, other local language)
