Responsible for sending foreclosure letters, referring loans to foreclosure and performing service member reviews. They are also responsible for creating foreclosure bids, reviewing foreclosure documents, and providing bidding instructions.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare and send foreclosure letters. Perform service member reviews and refer files to foreclosure. Review foreclosure documents, prepare foreclosure bids, and monitor foreclosure sale results. Monitor loans for third party funds, foreclosure redemption, confirmation and rescissions. Review and reconcile corporate advance expenses. Review and address suspense balances. Enter foreclosure credit reporting events. Ensure investor, department and company guidelines are met. Maintain quality, productivity, attendance, and SLA expectations. All other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Two or more years of experience in Mortgage, Operations, Default, Quality Assurance, or equivalent education. Knowledge of basic default servicing and mortgage systems. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel formulas. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, time management, organizational skills. Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Ability to understand and implement basic operating principles. Experience with using Webex, GoToMeeting, Skype and other collaboration platform
In office Mon-Thurs with Friday's remote.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field Mortgage default experience General knowledge of GSE servicing guidelines General knowledge of mortgage applications
