Professional level role with knowledge and experience as a Scrum Master. Typically Scrum Masters at this level work one to two mature teams at a time, under broad supervision and little instruction. Delivery focused team leader. Enables Agile teams to realize value by facilitating Agile ceremonies, following Truist Best Practices, removing impediments, coaching on Agile processes to optimize efficiency and ensuring team rules are being observed.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead 1 to 2 scrum teams utilizing Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology.
Act as a servant leader to scrum team(s) to manage cross functional dependencies (internal and external), remove impediments to deliver user story/feature commitments and achieve overall initiative success.
Facilitate agile team ceremonies.
Proficient in Rally (Broadcom) software and maintain accurate scrum team data in tool
Leverage knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles to ensure that Scrum Team deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Work with Agile Team Coach to assess team maturity, drive improvements to move to the next maturity level and assist with transfer of Agile skills consistently across teams.
Responsible for ensuring adherence to Truist’s Technology Development Lifecycle (TDLC) and other applicable corporate policies and procedures.
Identify user stories and/or features for planned installs and coordinate with IT PM from planning to install and production validations.
Troubleshoot, solve, or consult on, problems and recommend appropriate action.
Proactively develop innovative approaches, risk mitigation strategies, quality control and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years’ professional experience, for example: at least two years in a delivery role (developer, tester, architect, BA, business owner, etc.)
Prior experience in a Scrum Master role
Two years of experience working on or with Agile teams
Communicate effectively with team members, management and product owners/managers
Preferred Qualifications:
College Degree in Computer Science, Math or related field of study
SAFe Scrum Master Certification or Certified Scrum Manager or other industry recognized Scrum Master certification
Knowledge of software development lifecycle in an enterprise environment
Experience in the banking industry
