Review and process new loan packages submitted by the dealer clients for loan proceeds disbursement and new account boarding. Ensure that all required and requested paperwork for each loan funding package has been received and properly documented by the dealer client. Ensure the Perfect Client Experience (PCE) is provided by telephone to current and prospective clients while adhering to Bank policies and procedures and supporting the TRUIST values model.Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Deliver world standard client service leadership by answering telephone inquiries timely, accurately and professionally.
2. System attachment of new loan packages and/or loan support documentation (sorting) to the appropriate application file.
3. Review, verify, and board loan packages and loan package support documentation in accordance to the Loan Verification guidelines, including but not limited to:
4. Loan request application;
5. Completed signed loan documents;
6. Proper documentation related to cosigners, guaranty agreements or chattel agreements;
7. Properly document any additional products, such as gap insurance, extended warranties, tire and wheel or theft protection services;
8. Dealer sales invoice;
9. Collateral information recording;
10. Customer identification.
11. Perform supplemental department business processes and reporting as delegated by team leader or manager.
12. Track, manage and cure loan packages identified as incomplete or reflect evidence of discrepancies.
13. Execute commodity checks via telephone communication to new customers.
14. Assist in attaching dealer loan proceeds confirmations to loan application files.
Required Qualifications:

1. Associate's degree, or equivalent education and related training
2. Three years of related experience
3. Ability to work in an independent and team oriented environment
4. Excellent attention to detail, with great accuracy

6. Demonstrated time management skills
7. Resourcefulness to multitask in order to accomplish desired work output
8. Working knowledge of the organization's systems and policies as they relate to job duties
9. Aptitude to comprehend the dynamic of retail sales financing process cycle from application submission to account servicing
10. Ability to work with minimal supervision
11. Effective communication skills
12. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
