Director of Food and Beverage, Truist Park

Delaware North's Patina Restaurant Group is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage for a newly created position at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will oversee the premium dining experience at the ballpark, ensuring exceptional culinary standards and top-notch hospitality. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing upscale, a la carte operations with a strong background in high-volume environments.

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $84,200 - $113,700 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. • Monitor progress and hold team members accountable to achieve desired outcomes 

• A minimum of five years of experience in hospitality management preferably at a director level
• Familiar with various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
• Established assessment and decision-making skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
• Previous experience in large-scale hospitality or related industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred but not mandatory
