Responsible for monitoring, supporting and management of application running in production including managing and correcting issues and providing break-fix operation support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
a. Administration of BI Platform components, services and solutions (Microstrategy, QlikView, QlikSense, nPrinting, Tableau, Alteryx, Metric Insights, PowerBI, Sigma)
b. Management of 1000 batch jobs (ESP), dashboards, reporting, etc. and full enforcement of SLAs and OLAs
c. Planning and execution of platform upgrades and infrastructure patching while enabling best practices to ensure stability.
d. Change, request, incident, problem, IAM / SUSA access, and capacity management
e. Risk findings and audit request management remediation.
f. Support of migration activities via CI / CD and SDLC programs to target production platforms.
g. Cross training and mentorship of vendor resources to build a cohesive team.
h. Product management of Rally PI Initiatives for BI Tools, present and future state.
