Accounting Associate (40635)
Our client is a small, family office looking for an Accounting Associate to join their collaborative team! This is an in-person position that will allow you to gain hands-on experience working with advanced financial software and contributing to meaningful projects. This role will be a balance of data entry and routine accounting tasks, while also giving the opportunity to take on more complex responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage journal entries, receipts, and other data
- Update tax reserves and descriptions for monthly statements
- Maintain data entry manuals
- Prepare and reconcile royalty reports and cash receipts
- Review tax lots and financial statements
- Assist with audit preparation and reports
Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in data entry and/or accounting preferred
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting
- Ability to learn new systems easily
- Strong attention to detail

We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
