Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) is a vital aspect of strategic growth for Truity Partners. As M&A Accounting Integration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting financial due diligence and integration of acquired targets.
The successful candidate will lead the financial due diligence process with Controllership, COUs, and Corporate Development teams. They will provide key insights into valuation models, financial performance, and working capital. Additionally, they will coordinate accounting integration activities and projects, comparing post-acquisition results to standards and recommending improvements.
To excel in this position, you should possess a strong understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience (3 years in public accounting or transaction services). Familiarity with software/professional services industries is preferred. Proficiency in Excel (databooks) and related tools is essential, as well as strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
