Our client is an organization in the greater Milwaukee area looking for a Director of Operations. The salary range for this position is $90-100k.

The Director of Operations will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following :

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day operations of key teams, ensuring operational efficiency and driving continuous improvements.
• Collaborat3e closely with department heads and business partners to streamline operations and establish best practices.
• Lead and mentor payroll specialists, development teams and client support specialists.
• Oversee and manage multiple projects across the operations teams.
• Identify, recommend and implement improvements to internal processes to drive efficiency.
• Monitor and assess operational performance metrics for each department under your oversight, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Ensure payroll, development and client support teams deliver exceptional service to internal teams and non-profit clients.
• Other duties and projects assigned.
