Our client is an organization in the Dane County area looking for a Financial Reporting Controls Analyst. The salary for this position is $62k - $80k.
The Financial Reporting Controls Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conducts financial reporting control design and implementation reviews, including development and maintenance of control effectiveness testing procedures.
- Assists with financial reporting controls tool and reporting capabilities.
- Develops relationships with business partners and cultivates trust on financial reporting matters.
- Collaborates on team projects and process improvement strategies.
- Assists in monitoring team progress and overall status of annual plan and project initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Financial Reporting Controls Analyst will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience. CPA/CIA a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Continuous process improvement mindset.
- Ability to travel 10% of the time.
