Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturer in Waukesha, WI with their search for a Junior Accountant / Accounts Payable.This is a career, temp-to-hire opportunity. Hours are 8:00am-5:00pm, and our client offers a hybrid work schedule (2 days remote per week after training). Compensation is estimated at $24.00 - $27.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounts payable management – processing invoices for domestic and international suppliers
- Assist in optimizing AP processes
- Assist with journal entries, reconciliations, and month/year-end activities
- Financial reporting and documentation
- Support various accounting functions as needed
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 1 year of prior Accounts Payable or related Accounting experience highly preferred
- Bachelors degree required (preferably in Accounting or Finance)
- ERP experience highly preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
