Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturing client in Milwaukee, WI with their search for a Sale & Use Tax Analyst. This is an interim project (covering for a leave) estimated to last 6-8 months. Our client offers a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite preferred), and an 8:0am-5:00pm schedule. Compensation is estimated at $35.00 - $40.00 per hour, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing and filing sales and use tax returns
- Analyzing tax data, determining taxability
- Preparing journal entries
- Monthly tax account reconciliations
- Setting up customer profiles
- Researching tax exemption requests
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2 years of prior experience with Sales & Use Tax
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- ERP experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Salary : $35 - $40
