Work arrangements: 4 days in office
Salary: $95,000-$115,000 discretionary bonus
Responsibilities:
- Manage the books and records for management company entities
- Oversee cash receipts, ensuring completeness and resolving outstanding revenue items
- Prepare annual financials, quarterly reporting, and audit deliverables
- Partner with internal teams to streamline processes and implement efficiency improvements
- Participate in audits and ad hoc analyses, leveraging your expertise to enhance reporting standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred
- 2-4 years in public accounting with financial services or alternative asset management clients required
- Polished communication, professionalism, and an eagerness to innovate and collaborate
