The role will be 100% onsite, with free parking provided, and an 8:00am-5:00pm schedule. Compensation is estimated at $60,000 - $68,000 per year, with possible flexibility based on experience and qualifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments
- Audit vendor invoices, resolve discrepancies before processing payments
- Maintain records in ERP system
- Collaboration with internal parties
- Manage accounts payable software upgrades, improve processes and automation
- Support financial analysis and reporting, provide insights
- Leverage technology and tools to enhance efficiency
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 2 years of prior Accounting experience required
- Bachelors degree required
- Experience managing Accounts Payable, preferably in an automated or tech-focused environment
- ERP experience required
- Comfort utilizing technology in accounting processes
- Adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment
- Analytic mindset
