Senior SOX Analyst (40710)
Our client is an established mid-west based organization seeking a Senior SOX Analyst to support their Controller group. Maintaining and enhancing SOX compliance and financial reporting accuracy. you will collaborate across the Finance department to document processes, strengthen internal controls, and mitigate risk.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform risk assessments and document key financial processes, including narratives and flowcharts.
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance internal controls and business efficiency.
- Coordinate SOX testing efforts with Finance, Internal Audit, and external auditors.
- Assess control deficiencies, develop remediation plans, and support resolution efforts.
- Maintain and test systematic reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Accounting
- 2 years of public accounting with public company engagements OR 2 years of public company internal audit experience
- Strong experience with SOX

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
Salary : $90,000 - $110,000
