Our client is an organization in the St. Paul area looking for an Operational Audit Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 5 years of experience, organized, and driven. This company offers a hard-working team, flexibility, and competitive benefits. This position is hybrid.
The salary for this position is $130k.
The Operational Audit Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following :
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support to the audit lead through sharing insights and coaching on audit planning activities.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor staff.
- Manage and conduct financial and operational reviews to ensure adequate controls are in place and financial data is accurately reported,
- Develop and train staff related to audit techniques and the audit process.
- Lead annual and semi-annual risk assessment process to develop annual audit plan.
- Stay informed of relevant accounting and business trends.
- Assists with other duties and projects as assigned.
