We're assisting a corporate finance team in Menomonee Falls with finding an interim Senior Financial Analyst for a 9 to 12-month contract . This position is full-time hours and 100% in-office for training then flexibility to work-from-home on Fridays. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with supply chain and operations teams to analyze financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis related to supply chain activities.
- Support financial planning processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on inventory management, logistics costs, procurement, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance financial visibility.
- Prepare and present financial reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support strategic initiatives related to operational efficiencies, cost reductions, and working capital optimization.
