Job Summary

- The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field is required.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.

- Update and maintain critical HR documents, such as employee handbooks and job descriptions.
- Provide guidance and support on FMLA, disability, or other leave situations.
- Manage day-to-day HR activities and employee interactions.
- Provide leadership and support to the corporate and field HR teams.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal applicable laws.
