Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team.

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated attorney with at least two years of personal injury

litigation experience to handle a caseload of personal injury matters from filing through trial. The

ideal candidate should have strong litigation skills, a passion for advocating for injured clients,

the ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with our team, and not be afraid of

taking cases to trial.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of personal injury cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial.

Draft pleadings, exchange written discovery, conduct depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and trial advocacy.

Negotiate settlements and advocate effectively for clients.

Communicate with the clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel.

Ensure cases move efficiently and effectively through the litigation process while achieving optimal results.

Qualifications

Licensed to practice law in Texas (required).

Some personal injury litigation experience (plaintiff-side preferred).

Bilingual (English and Spanish) (required).

Strong understanding of Texas civil procedure as well as applicable statutes and laws.

Trial experience and motivation to try cases.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Effective caseload management.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
