Salary:
$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
Job Description:
- Buid and maintain strong relationships with key customer accounts to provide tailored solutions for their equipment needs.
- Assess and validate customer requirements to develop value-added solutions that save time, reduce risk, and increase profits.
- Meet or exceed sales volume goals and objectives for assigned customer accounts.
- Collaborate with dealership personnel to promote resources and ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Represent the dealership in the sale of equipment, aftermarket products, and technology-based services to assigned customer accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 years of equipment sales experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Ag Business or relevant field preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of John Deere and competitive equipment, as well as technology trends/advancements.
- In-depth understanding of farming and agronomic practices, including knowledge of key customer account operations.
- Business, financial, and logistical management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel regularly.
