An immediate and exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned and dynamic Sales Counselor at Trulee Evanston, a 160 unit, established provider of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care in Evanston, IL. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will build meaningful professional relationships with prospective residents, adult children and organizations/influencers within the community at large. You will effectively manage community tours, share why Trulee Evanston is THE place to be, initiate purposeful/timely follow up and achieve leasing goals.
Base salary of 60,000.00 - 70,000.00 and aggressive commission plan based on leasing performance offered.
