Job Summary

We are seeking a CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality parts and components. A CNC Machine Operator runs repeat production work on a variety of CNC Machines. and has the ability to follow a documented proven process to produce conforming product.

Day, evening, and weekend shifts availablle. Evening and weekend shifts include a shift differential on top of hourly pay rate.

Responsibilities:

• Basic operations of CNC Machines.
• Follow proven work instructions to load material, run programs, and unload product.
• Read and understand blueprints, isometric drawings, and work orders.
• Use a variety of inspection equipment to perform in-process checks.
• Identify and record Non-Conforming Product.
• Deburr, blend, wash, package conforming product in flow.
• Make process improvements suggestions and document it accordingly.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Comply, encourage, and support all safety rules and regulations.
• Other reasonable duties as business and operational needs dictate.

Education/ Experience:

• High School diploma or GED required.

Skills / Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Ability to meet target run times on repeat production work.
• Understanding or ability to read engineered drawings.
• Proficient with MRP / ERP Systems desirable.
• Effective communications skills.
• Knowledge of various inspection equipment.

Pay: $21.50 - $22.40 per hour
