Ensure compliance with weight limits.Identify and evaluate any special requirements for each load.Determine the most efficient vehicle for the route completion.Coordinate jobsite and truckload deliveries with external customers.Communicate with internal customers (CSRs, Project Managers, Sales, and Production Managers) regarding shipments and deliveries.Assign the appropriate qualified driver to operate the equipment.Provide support to team of drivers.Load and drive non-CDL trucks as needed.Receiving material from vendor.Special projects as assigned by the Branch ManagerAny other duties as assigned by the Branch ManagerSkills You Bring : HS Diploma / GED required1 year of prior dispatching experienceGeneral Knowledge of NC, SC, VA, MD, and DC geographical area routingClean driving record to drive Class C vehicles as needed.Proficient computer and e-mail skillsAbility to communicate with all levels of internal and external customersAbility to operate moffett and forkliftsOrganizational and time management skillsAbility up to 75lbsAbility to use a tape measure and accurately measure productWhy Trulite : Truliteoffers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
