Lead Custom Aluminum Fabricator(Must have custom aluminum door fabrication experience in the glass industry)What Brought You HereCompensation pay range : $25 to $30 per hourdepending on experienceLocated at 5800 Jefferson Hwy Suite A New Orleans, LA 70123Quarterly safety bonus opportunitiesShift Days and Hours : Monday-Friday 7 am to 3 : 30 pm Overtime as neededBenefits startingDAY ONEWho You Are : LeaderResults drivenSafety First MindsetTeam PlayerWhat You Will Be Doing : CommercialALUMINUMdoor andframe fabrication and assemblyAttaching hardware (stock and custom) per application.ALUMINUMFixedFrame FabricationCustom Door Hardware applicationCutting,Drilling, Milling,and otherprocess as needed / required.Keeps work area in a neat, safe, clean, hazard free condition.Cleans work area, tools, and equipment at the end of each day.Inspects products for any abnormalities and notifies supervisor immediately of any issues.Must be willing to be cross-trained and move to other areas when needed.Ability to safely perform tasks.Adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of the job.Follow all company rules and policies.A history of great work attendance.Skills You Bring : 5 years custom aluminum door fabricating experience in the glass industry.Custom door hardware application experience.Prior lead or supervisor experience.Ability to read a tape measure.Proficiency in operating machinery.Knowledge of operating CNC machines highly preferred.Proficiency in MS Office Suites.Attention to detail.Ability to use power tools.Why Trulite : Truliteoffers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
