The Powder/Liquid Production Team Member - GL is responsible for executing daily production activities in the powder/liquid manufacturing area. This role focuses on operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and adhering to safety protocols to support efficient and accurate production.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Production Operations:

Operate machinery and equipment to manufacture powder/liquid products according to production schedules.

Measure, mix, and process raw materials following established formulas and procedures.

Produce and package final goods for placement in the warehouse.

Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.

Clean and maintain equipment and workstations to ensure proper functioning and a clean environment.

Support production ensuring consistency in processes and quality standards.
Workflow Efficiency:

Follow clear instructions and established procedures to complete production tasks.

Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Notify supervisors of any equipment malfunctions, quality issues, or workflow challenges.
Safety and Cleanliness:

Adhere to all safety guidelines and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at both the main facility and satellite location.

Report safety concerns or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
Team Collaboration:
