Position Title: Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Reports To: Chief People Officer
Location: Viera/Rockledge area in Florida, this will be working in a office setting in a home.

This role serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, acts as an employee champion and change agent, and provides direct support to the Chief People Officer in executing company-wide HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with state labor laws, and managing day-to-day HR operations.

Location: Viera/Rockledge area in Florida, this will be working in a office setting in a home.
- This role will initially be M-F in the home office for training. Once training is completed it will be a hybrid setting with 2 days in the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership:
- Act as a strategic partner to business units, understanding key business objectives and providing solutions through HR strategies.
- Assist the Chief People Officer in developing and executing HR strategies that support the business goals.
- HR Consultation and Compliance:
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to business unit management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain reports on compliance activities and audits.
- Change Management:
- Lead and support organizational change by providing strategic HR guidance and support.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and partner with leadership to ensure successful implementation.
- Talent Development:
- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success and alignment with company objectives.
- Employee Relations:
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations as needed.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Payroll Oversight:
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Work closely with the finance department to align payroll management with overall financial planning.
- HR Metrics and Analytics:
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to ensure effective, equitable, and compliant HR practices.
- Assisting the Chief People Officer:
- Support the Chief People Officer with daily administrative and strategic tasks, including preparing reports, presenting HR metrics, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings and presentations related to HR strategic initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between the Chief People Officer and other executives, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure seamless information flow and efficient decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years as an HR business partner.
- Strong understanding of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, payroll, and federal and state respective employment laws.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Compliance with state and federal regulations.

- Timeliness and effectiveness of conflict resolution.
- Accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.
