Housekeeping and Cleaning Technician

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential and commercial spaces. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes and commercial properties, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors
• Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other high-touch areas to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established cleaning protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning session.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.

Skills

• Previous experience in housekeeping management or custodial services is preferred but not necessary.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning standards is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
