Send resumes to kphillips@farracademy.org The Parent Clinical Coordinator is an integral member of the Administrative Team providing direct services to Parent/Students in the form of information sharing, support and counseling to Parents individually and in groups, through Parent/Student contact, interactions with Collaterals, Mental Health and Social Service Agencies and other professionals serving students and Parents and by coordinating and facilitating the Parent Advisory Group. The Parent Clinician serves as a liaison to other agencies, psychiatric facilities, and residential providers and consults and collaborates with Farr Academy staff in the furtherance of understanding and working with the issues presented by students and their families and/or providers of residential options. Many students require considerable clinical intervention and oversight. The Parent Clinician actively participates in Staff Meetings presenting topics for staff training, provides case management oversight as well as written reports and documentation and is involved in the life of the school community. Reports to the Program Director Licensure Requirement Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field. Appropriate licensure and three years post-licensure experience 12 month, full time position
