Inside Sales/Designer

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate/Designer to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role combines sales responsibilities with design support, requiring both strong interpersonal skills and a creative eye. You will be responsible for engaging potential clients through warm calls and telemarketing, while also assisting in the creation of design concepts using 2020 Design software for space planning and product visualization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is customer-focused, and has a passion for both sales and design.

Responsibilities

• Conduct warm calls to prospective customers to introduce products and services.
• Utilize telemarketing strategies to generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Understand client needs and present tailored solutions that align with their project goals.
• Use 2020 Design software to assist in developing kitchen, bath, or space planning layouts as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure cohesive client presentations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Support the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably inside sales or within the technology/design industry.
• Proficiency with 2020 Design software or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Confident and engaging phone presence with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.

Bonus:

• Experience in the kitchen, bath, or home design industry.
• Previous telemarketing experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
