The pay scale for this position is $40000 - $60000 / year

Specific Job Duties:
- Comply with all safety standards, policies, and procedures
- Operate equipment such as backhoe, skid loader, mini excavator
- Maintain a clean work area, comply with housekeeping requirements
- Assist Electricians with installation of pvc and grs conduit
- Install manholes and in-ground pull boxes
- Ability to supervise 1-2 helpers
- Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Perform other job site duties as needed when not operating equipment
- Layout and install Light poles
- Pour and finish concrete pole bases and pads for transformers, generators, and other electrical equipment
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and frequently carry 40 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to lift tools, pipe, and fixtures overhead
- Ability to work at heights including climbing on ladders, scaffolding and staircases
- Ability to stand for long periods of time as well as bend, crouch, kneel and work in small spaces
- Must be able to use hands to reach for, grasp and manipulate objects
Other Requirements:
- Punctual and regular attendance
- Ability to work on a team and interact with people
- Ability to pass company equipment operator tests
- Ability to accurately read a ruler or tape measure
- Must have the ability to travel to job sites
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor
- Follow and adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Valid commercial driver's license and ability to meet company driver qualification policy
