What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Therapeutic Specialist position at Trumbull County Children Services?
Employees must be able to work autonomously with children between the ages of 6-18, who experience psychological and behavioral problems. Child management skills are of critical importance. Employees must possess an above-average ability to deal with problematic behavior, as well as an ability to lead and participate in a variety of recreational activities with children.
Experience working with children in a residential setting preferred.
