- Dean of Students
- The Dean of Students will serve as the disciplinary, discipleship and spiritual counselor.
- Duties will include tracking, managing, analyzing all discipline data, communicating with students and parents, following the school's discipline policy, and developing more effective and efficient measures in the discipline process, when necessary, as well as follow up spiritual counseling over and above the discipleship of all students.
- Attending weekly chapels. and supporting all staff in the management of behaviors.
- This candidate should have a strong faith walk, as well as excellent interpersonal skills with students of all ages, parents and every staff member.
- Other activities and responsibilities may be delegated by the building principal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well with administration, teachers, students, and parents.
