- 2025 - 2026 school year
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Special Education certification or Intervention Specialist Licensure: Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Intensive.
- Prior experience with multiple disabilities children preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in team setting.
- Outstanding work records and references.
- Successful BCII and FBI background checks.
- The salary schedule begins at $38,076 for a teacher with a bachelor’s degree and no experience.
- TCESC teachers work a 184-day contract.
- TCESC pays 90 percent of a teacher’s healthcare premium each month.
- Teachers accrue paid sick leave and also have three personal days per year.
- TCESC pays for a $50,000 life insurance policy.
