Description
SUMMARY
The Assistant Food and Beverage Outlet Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the Food and Beverage Outlets
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Establishes par levels for supplies and equipment.
Maintains stock of wines/champagnes and orders shortages noted and ensures proper storage. Ensures staff is aware of status of specials
Prepares weekly work schedules, reviews payroll and tip distribution for staff.
Assigns work and side duties to staff
Establish par levels for supplies and equipment. Complete requisitions to replenish shortages or additional items needed for anticipated business
Must have strong commitment to guest service, the ability to respond to guest complaints in a timely, professional manner.
Monitors the presentation of station assignments, ensuring compliance of standards.
Monitors staff performance
Must be able to handle multiple tasks
Monitors and maintains cleanliness of outlets and equipment
Monitors daily operations in the department
Maintains documentation of food and alcohol certifications for outlets team
Qualifications
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years food and beverage supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel of similar size
Knowledge and strict adherence to state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons and drunk driving
Food handling certificate
Alcohol safety certificate
