SUMMARY Assist the F&B Director managing and coordinating all food & Beverage departments according to hotel policies, Forbes Standards and professional guidelines. Assist in implementing all hotel policies. Monitor very closely food cost, beverage cost, payroll and other expenses. Establish prices and menus for each F&B outlet, based on profitability and local competition. Hiring, promotion, coaching and training of all Food and Beverage employees. |
