As a Fine Dining Bartender at Trump National Golf Club, you will provide exceptional dining experiences for our esteemed members and guests. This role is essential in upholding our reputation for outstanding service and culinary excellence within our upscale dining facilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality food and beverage service to guests in a fine dining setting.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events and regular service.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods to provide accurate information to guests.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards during service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals to guests.
- Manage guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately when necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bar drinks and fine dining etiquette.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
- Understanding of food handling practices to ensure guest safety.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately; retail math experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
